- 2010 is the Centennial Year for the Neff Round Barn in Centre County. October 16th will host the anniversary celebration with free tours, cake, refreshments, music, activities for children and exhibits. The wonderful 90 ft. diameter barn is the only one of 8 statewide that is still in agricultural and production use. It is in Potter Township, two miles west of Old Fort on SR45, the Purple Heart Highway. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Contests are under consideration involving paintings, photographs, etc. Stay with us on this weekend (also the date of the Tussey MountainBack Marathon Tour), or come at any time during the year. This is one of our true Icons. Regular Rates prevail.

- Weddings al Fresco at the Chatelaine Spring 2010!!!
The Chatelaine will begin hosting weddings in the spring of 2010, but is ready to show the Carriage House Greatroom and Grounds at this time. See our Wedding page on our website, www.chatelainebandb.com. A two night stay for 4 couples is required at the B&B, while the Saturday Wedding Party of up to 150 will be sheltered in the Tented area, or up to 50 in the Greatroom. See our Trumeaux, or Petticoat Mirror to check your Train and Veil. Plan your bridal dressing for the Greatroom or Inn Tandem at one of our colleague's B&Bs. Let a Limousine transport you to our site. Our season will be from early May through mid October with 150 guests as our limit, while celebrations of 50 or less (showers, reunions, anniversaries, even small weddings) can be held in the Carriage House Greatroom.
